We can be found at the top of the High Street on the corner, this branch has no steps so very wheelchair accessible. The ground floor is quite compact, however there are
3 large first floor showrooms making this store deceptively large. We have a large range of appliances on display and the team at longton are able to assist you with any questions you may have.

We operate a large Click n Collect warehouse in Fenton with ample free parking

How soon can I collect a click n' collect order & where do I collect it from?

If you are in a rush, phoning us and paying upon collection by card or cash is the fastest way (sorry we don't accept cheques). If you pay online or by bank transfer we will need to verify the payment first and may need you to bring ID. We will contact you to advise once we have processed the order.

If your goods are not in stock at your prefered Hylands branch we can arrange for them to be transported to the store for collection or give you the option to collect from our warehouse.

If you are travelling far to collect, we strongly recommend you ask us to open boxed goods to check them as occasionally goods can be damaged in transit to us with no outward sign of damage to the box.
