Suppliers regularly run promotions however these promotions are between 'the end user' and 'the brand' directly, they can change them and they have time periods for submitting claims.

If the offer is for an extended warranty period, please ensure you receive and retain proof of this as Hylands will have no record or indeed know if you did apply or not should you ask us at a later date.

To try and aid you below are links to the claims page(s) please let us know if you have difficulties - so we can update the links

If they want you to create an account - look carefully - they don’t make it obvious but you may be able to continue as a guest. (We have added a direct link below but they will still try to get you to create one - let us know if they move the linked page as they really don't want you to do it this way)

Finally, you may need to take a photo of the barcode on the box so please don't rush to throw the box away, we recommend you leave it a while before you register, some people rush to register then find they have made a mistake - once registered these offers are none transferable & cannot be cancelled - so we are then unable to help if you wanted to return/exchange the product - just make sure you are happy before you register your ownership below.
