If the offer is for an extended warranty period, please ensure you receive and retain proof of this as Hylands will have no record or indeed know if you did apply or not should you ask us at a later date.

Finally, we recommend you leave it a while before you register, some people rush to register then find they have made a mistake - once registered these offers are none transferable & cannot be cancelled - so we are then unable to help if you wanted to return/exchange the product - just make sure you are happy before you register your ownership.

Re email from our rep (email saved in Past issues saved folder) below link only mentions the 2 year warranty but they will pick up on it if an applicable model and apply the 3 years for our customers
